Shipping & Returns
Our beanbags are delivered by our courier service throughout the UK at no extra charge to you. Our delivery service is a signed for and trackable courier service.
We ask you to complete your name and address details when you order the product and if you wish us to deliver to a different address from your billing address, you can specify this at the checkout.
Once delivered, they can be removed from the outer delivery box and used straight away. We do not ask you to fill the bag with beans or fit the outer cover. Just give the bag a bit of a shake to allow the beans inside to fill out and it is ready for use.
Returns and Exchanges
You can return your beanbag within 14 days from the date of despatch as long as it remains in its original saleable condition. If there is a fault with the product or the wrong item has been delivered, we ask that you notify us within 7 days.
In either case, we can arrange collection of the faulty or wrong item using our own courier network. Please contact us to arrange this and make sure that you include a note with the returned item including your name, order reference number, address, telephone number and the reason for the return.
If you wish to exchange your beanbag for any reason – maybe its not the right size for you or the right colour – please notify us as soon as possible but ideally within 14 days. We can then arrange to despatch the correct item and collect the original one. We will ask you to pay the price difference if the new item is more expensive or alternatively we will refund you the difference if you are exchanging to a less expensive item, once the original has been received back.
Please contact us to arrange this and make sure that you include a note with the returned item, including your name, order reference number, address, telephone number and details of the item you would like in exchange.
